A scenario unfolded along a highway when a Nigeria Police officer moved to arrest a dog due to the owner’s failure to produce its license.
A police officer and a passenger disputed over the documentation of a dog during a stop and search on a highway.
The officer insisted that the passenger present a license before the dog could be freed, and that if he did not, he intended to arrest the animal.
The passenger who insisted on not having a license at one time asked for the dog’s release after claiming to have purchased it a few hours before the voyage.
