Reps member rants as he’s denied entry into House of Assembly complex for arriving with keke[VIDEO]
Hon. Udemezue Bernard Abuchi, a state assemblyman from Anambra State’s Ayamelum seat, was refused entry to the state house of assembly because he arrived in a tricycle.
An online video documents the moment a lawmaker storms the house of assembly compound in a keke, as they are known locally.
Hon. Udemezue was disappointed to see that the security officers on duty prevented him from entering the building by not removing the block that had been up at the gate.
The tricycle driver gave the legislator the information that “Oga dem say keke no dey enter.”
Engraged, the honourable member stepped down the vehicle as he questioned “You give me car? Have you given me a car?
Is it not what I have that I will use?”
