Kylie Jenner says makeup transforms her into a different kind of mood; she feels even more confident transforming her look to suit her mood.
“Makeup is sort of like an art form to me. Being able to just express myself; be creative. It is very very fun, but it is also challenging,” Kylie Jenner says in the video.

Kylie mentioned how she is not a static creative. Sometimes, she is into certain colours and in like a week, her desire changes to something else.
She acknowledged that she did not create makeup. But she does enjoy making her own.
