Nigerians have been thrown in total debate after a preacher reportedly opined that one cannot be a Christian and be in a relationship with a Muslim.
Preacher asserts that it is impossible to be a true child of God and date a Muslim who does not share one’s faith.
This was said by the clergywoman as she counseled her single and engaged couples on marriage.
She claims that some people marry people of different religions in the hopes that they will eventually convert.
That’s not typically the case, according to her, because marriage doesn’t alter people’s personalities; rather, it enhances them.

Whether it pertains to religion or other significant life choices, it is essential to be with someone who aligns with your core beliefs. Hoping for a fundamental change in a person, just like expecting a gay person and a straight person to marry and anticipate transformation, goes against the principles of common sense”
