Nigerians show concern as little boy swings on a structure strings of a high-tension power line that is situated directly beneath it.
The young child was shown enjoying fun in a dangerous location in a viral social media video.
Along with a couple of his friends, who allegedly alternate taking turns riding beneath the high-tension cable, he was observed swinging back and forth on the swing.
