Video shows Adedoyin, Hiltons Hotel owner’s reaction after he was sentenced to death by hanging[VIDEO]

Dr. Ramon Adedoyin, the popular proprietor of the Hilton Hotel in Ile-Ife, was recently condemned to death by hanging by the Osun State High Court for the murder of Timothy Adegoke.

Timothy Adegoke, a former postgraduate student at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, was murdered inside his Hilton Hotel room in November 2021.

In connection with the murder, the Hilton Hotel owner and six of his employees were arrested and charged.

The court was presided over by Justice Oyebola Adepele Ojo, the chief judge of Osun State, who convicted Adedoyin and two of his colleagues, Adeniyi Aderogba and Kazeem Oyetunde, guilty of six of the 18 allegations leveled against them.

Ojo stated during her decision on the matter that the circumstantial evidence available to the court pointed to the killing of Adegoke while being a guest at the hotel owned by Adedoyin.

Justice Ojo, on the other hand, released and acquitted three of the staff members: Magdalene Chiefuna, Lawrence Oluwole, and Adedeji Adesola.

Adedoyin was too stunned to speak after the verdict, according to a video clip that has gone viral.
