A student was apprehended for stealing a lecturers bag and selling it at a cheap rate.
After allegedly stealing the lecturer’s bag during an exam and selling it for N10,000, the student was apprehended.
It was learned that the incident took place at the University of Jos during a departmental exam.
A source claims that after finishing their exams, the students discovered their lecturer’s bag was missing.
A laptop, 18,000 naira, and several crucial identification documents were reportedly found in the bag.
After learning that all of the students had been called back after the bag vanished, suspicion fell on a student who wasn’t there.
According to the source, when the suspect was eventually apprehended, he confessed to stealing the bag and selling it for 10,000 naira.
