An unveiling of a two-bedroom house by a Nigerian builder draws conflicting responses. He claims to have spent only N5M on the project.
Following the cost incurred in building a mini-bungalow, a user of Twitter going by the handle @AbrahamMacHILLS caused a stir with the said amount sent.
Announcing his availability to build the same structure for anyone who already owns land, the builder used the platform to promote his trade.
“With 5M, I can build this 2 bedroom house for you, if you already have a land,” he wrote in a tweet.
His claim, however, caused a buzz as thousands of users flood his page to argue how impossible it is to build such a structure with just N5M.

Can you pls show the interior, let’s see how many toilets you have, your kitchen finishes, pop or pvc design, wardrobes, or interior finishes are not part of the 5m Naira? 4. If you can take us through the process of achieving this with 5m Naira, with materials schedules, labour & profit, I will give you 200,000 for your time..:”
