A Nigerian woman who’s boyfriend proposed marriage to her in a social media video, had declined him despite his extravagant gestures of buying her a brand-new car and lovely gifts.
One of the young men in the group featured in the video was the woman’s boyfriend.
Her boyfriend, who was wearing a white shirt, walked up to the woman who was wearing a gray top.
After a lengthy stroll together, he declared his desire to marry her and got down on one knee to make the proposal.
The people in attendance eagerly urged her to say yes, but she asked for a brief moment to speak privately with her boyfriend before responding.
Clearly taken aback by her unexpected response, the young man urged her to speak her mind.
However, she stood her ground and turned down his proposal, remaining firm in her decision despite the statement made by the boyfriend regarding the number of things he has just to prove his love for her.
