Missing 6-month old baby abducted in Minna has been found safe in dumpster

Chinedu Chukwueke, a 6-month-old infant boy who was kidnapped from his mother’s salon in Kure Ultra Modern Market, Minna, Niger State, has been discovered safe and sound.

The kidnapping took place on July 23, 2023, when a lady who pretended to be an aspiring apprentice entered the salon.

She slyly abducted baby Chinedu by taking advantage of the busy scene, leaving his distressed mother and family in great sorrow.

The news of the abduction quickly spread across the state, prompting a massive search and public appeals for information on the missing child.

After hours of agonizing uncertainty, there was a glimmer of hope as an update surfaced on social media.

Chukwueke’s father, who had been frantically searching for his son, took to Twitter to announce the joyful news. He expressed his gratitude to the public for their support and prayers during the difficult time.

The relieved father revealed that baby Chinedu was found abandoned at a refuse dump near the Gauraka Police Station. Despite the circumstances, the baby was fortunately discovered in good health, alleviating fears for his well-being.
