Hairstylist asks workers to lie flat on the road for not cleaning shop, Netizens react (VIDEO)

A Nigerian hairdresser raised eyebrows when she told her apprentices to lie on a soakaway slab for not cleaning the salon.

The hairdresser, known as @mimitouch4 on the platform, uploaded the video on TikTok.

In the video, the woman raged at the employees and demanded that they lie on the soakaway slam, threatening to beat them if they didn’t.

The enraged hairstylist further demanded that the person off camera “video them so the whole world can see.”

Social media users are furious about the incident, with many decrying the woman’s actions and demanding justice for the workers.

Some others also called for more awareness of the exploitation of workers in Nigeria, particularly in the informal sector.
