Benin man sends written notice to pregnant girlfriend’s mother, threatens to sue if baby aborted

A Nigerian man has threatened to sue his girlfriend’s mother if his baby is being aborted.

Mr. Marvelous, a Benin man, has delivered a written notice to the mother of his pregnant girlfriend.

He told her about the one-month pregnancy and the ramifications if her daughter decides to terminate it.

He has been dating her daughter for six months, according to Marvelous. He went on to say that her daughter had previously notified him of the pregnancy.

After this, he took her for a medical test where it was confirmed that she was one month gone.

The notice read:

“Our client informed us that your daughter came to his store to inform him of her position and in other for him to verify for himself, they both went for a medical test, wherein they were told she was one month pregnant, so our client has directed us to write you that he is ready to father his baby with any let.

“Take notice if the baby is terminated, we have our client’s instruction to petition you to commissioner of police and sue you in the court of law. TAKE WARNING”.
