Social media has been buzzing after a viral video of a Nigerian traffic safety official shocked at the level of passengers in a van.
When a Nigerian traffic safety official saw a fully loaded van packed with passengers he was shocked to his bone.
Women and children made up the majority of the van’s passengers.
As there was no more room for them to sit inside the car, passengers were packed together, some of them were sitting on each other’s knees, and others were perched on top of the vehicle.
On seeing how packed the passengers were, the road safety officer said – “Because you’re going for burial, you’ll now kill other people. How can you load people like this for God sake?”
Speaking to his colleagues, one of the officers also confirmed that the car brakes are faulty as they tried to move the car.
The incident stirred mixed reactions from netizens who felt the act was a risky one.
