“Settle your difference amicably and away from social media” – Uche Maduagwu tells AY and Basketmouth

Actor, Uche Maduagwu has advised comedians, Basketmouth and Ayo Makun following their spat on social media.

Recall Basketmouth and AY have been at odds on social media for days after the comedian said in an appearance on Nedu’s Honest Bunch podcast that he was never friends with his colleague, AY. Basketmouth compared AY to a snake that never changes but rather sheds its skin to grow into a larger snake.

Reacting to the whole brouhaha, Actor, Uche Maduagwu took to social media to advise the comedians.

Uche Maduagwu counseled the two friends who have now become foes to settle their issues amicably off social media because many people, including their children, look up to them as role models.

He wrote on his page, “For the sale of your na pikins wey dey look up to you na as role models, Oya AY and Basketmouth, settle your difference amicably and away from social media. Both of you are legends for stand-up comedy, what lessons are you passing to upcoming comedians?
