Sprint king Usain Bolt brought the curtain down on his Olympic career with a record-equaling ninth gold medal, powering Jamaica to relay glory in a storybook finale to complete his unprecedented “triple triple” at Rio 2016.

The Jamaican, who already had gold medals from victories in the 100m and 200m under his belt, took the title in the men’s 4x100m relay.

Assisted by teammates Asafa Powell, Yohan Blake and Nickel Ashmeade, Bolt raced to his ninth gold in his Olympic career.Bolt’s incredible ninth – and last – gold joins his three inBeijing in 2008 and three more in London four years ago.
