Controversial music star, Habeeb Okikiola alias Portable will be facing the consequence of his action following his unlawful behavior to the police force.
As previously reported by GIDIBASE, the singer took to his Instagram page to raise alarm via a live video where he showed the embarrassing moment the officials came into the office of the establishment to arrest him.
Following the viral video, Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), Olumuyiwa Adejobi, stated that Portable was likely to suffer persecution over his behavior towards the police officer.
According to Olumuyiwa Adejobi, Portable declined to accept earlier invitations, the reason why some police officers stormed his house to arrest him.
While speaking to Linda Ikeji Blog, the police command disclosed that countless invitations were sent to Portable but refused to honor the invitation; leading to his arrest. However, the singer resisted and caused a commotion at his bar.
The police command stated that the action of the singer is unlawful and subject to punishment under Nigerian criminal law.
