Self-styled musical Taliban, Oritse Femi is arguably
sure to occupy the top of any list capturing successful
Nigerian artistes as far as 2014 is concerned.
The pop star, who is really cashing in on his return to
the mainstream scene after a brief stay there some
years ago, is set to embark on his first tour of the
United States.
Oritse Femi, who recently floated his own record
label called MSN (Money Stops Nonsense) Gang,
will touch down in the United States tomorrow and
kick-off his performance series in Houston, Texas
where he’ll headline the 54th Independence Concert
for Nigeria on October 3.
He’ll also perform at another 54th concert party in
Dallas on October 4 in a schedule billed to see him
perform in 10 cities in America before he returns to
the country.
