NO DECISION IN PAUL WALKER DAUGHTER GUARDIANSHIP CASE,MEADOW FEELING “BETRAYED” BY DECISIONS MADE WITHOUT HER INPUT
Legal drama continues to swirl around the family members Paul Walker left behind.
Despite an agreement reached outside of court,a court commissioner today refused to dismiss the guardianship case of concerning Walker’s 15-year-old daughter,Meadow. Her grandmother-Walker’s mom Cherly Ann- had petitioned to be her legal guardia ,arguing that she should be the one to take care of the teen her the $16 million estate left to her by her dad.
“Its up to the court to decide whether guardianship should be granted or denied,” Commissioner David Cowan ruled Wednesday. He appointed an attorney for Meadow and ordered an investigation, the findings of which will be heard at the next hearing, scheduled for May 28.
We are told that Meadow feels betrayed by her grandmother’s actions as well as “hurt” and “unhappy” that no one told her beforehand that her uncles-Walker’s brothers Caleb and Cody were going to be in Fast & Furious 7.
Meadow is currently leaving with a family friend. Reps for Walker opened official Facebook,Twitter and Instagram accounts for Meadow earlier this month to combat the imposter profiles that are being created.
