In recent times, Nigerian music star Ayo Balogun popularly known as Wizkid, has proven to his fans and critics that his nickname Baba Nla is not a joke due to his various collaborations with international singers.
It could be recalled that Wizkid had released songs with award winning international music stars such as Drake, Chris Brown and his rumoured girlfriend, Justine Skye.
In breaking the Nigerian records, on Sunday, May 21, Wizkid made everyone proud as the bagged three international awards in one night at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards (BMA)which was held at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, United States (US).

It was reported that, the Starboy was nominated for seven awards in the category of Top Streaming Song, Top R&B Song and Top R&B Collaboration. All this efforts would have been unnoticed if not for his latest collaboration with the man of the night Drake who bagged 13 awards.
This Wizkid’s success story can be recorded as the first of its kind for any Nigerian music star at the 2017 BMA.
