My inspiration behind ‘Shu Peru’ – Kizz Daniel reveals

Afrobeat singer, Daniel Anidugbe, widely known as  Kizz Daniel, has opened up on his inspiration behind his latest single titled, ‘Shu Peru’.

According to the singer, the inspiration was from his recently concluded world tour.

Speaking with Punch in a recent interview the ‘Buga’ crooner had this to say;

“My new single was borne out of my experiences during the first leg of my just concluded world tour. Performing in different cities, interacting and imbibing different cultures and watching different audiences react to my music ignited the inspiration that gave birth to the song.

“I will continue to push the boundaries in the industry, making headlines for my exceptional music and creativity.”

Daniel also mentioned that he was planning to release a new album and go on tour. He also added that he was excited to perform at the prestigious Essence Festival in July, which is recognized as the largest African-American culture and music festival in the United States of America.

Shu Peru was produced by Rewardz Beats and mixed and mastered by Jaycen Joshua, a US-based sound engineer. The song’s video was made by TG Omori, who also created the video for ‘Buga,’ which has over 170 million views on the video sharing platform YouTube.
