Ronami Ogulu, the sister and fashion stylist of Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Burna Boy, has expressed enthusiasm over his Met Gala dress in 2023.
The annual event, which took place on Monday, May 1, 2023, at the Metropolitan Museum, was attended by a number of renowned superstars.
The theme this year was a tribute to late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld; ”In honor of Karl’.
Ronami published photographs of Burna Boy sporting a blue Burberry outfit that she helped co-design with her favorite designer, Daniel Lee, on her official Instagram page.
She went on to boast about convincing her brother to attend the event, calling it one of her biggest achievements in life.
She wrote:
“Successfully convincing @burnaboygram to attend the Met is probably my biggest achievement. Thanks for having us @burberry, look co-designed with my fave Daniel Lee.”
