Kenyan actress Lupita Nyong’o & her Somalian rapper boyfriend K’Naan have broken up! Last year we exclusively revealed that the Oscar winner was seeing the rapper . But it seems after a year together the two have called it quits.
According to US Weekly Lupita is the one that pulled the plug on their relationship and she may now have her eyes set on Jared Leto, the handsome actor she was linked to during awards season last year!
An eyewitness at a SAG awards after party on Sunday night told US, that Leto was making moves and “majorly flirting” with Lupita. Earlier that evening, last year’s Oscar winners for Best Supporting Actress, 31, and Actor, 43, presented an award together and their chemistry was so off the chain that it sparked a social media frenzy from their fans, who so badly want them to date.
The party observer added that during the party, “He (Jared) hugged her and started whispering to her quietly.” The actress was receptive to Leto’s attention, following his lead as he “dragged her right to the dance floor.”
While dancing, they “were whispering and laughing” closely together. “At one point they were sticking their tongues out at each other and staring into each other’s eyes. It was very flirty. Then Jared said he had to go but he told her to text him later and he ran off.”
I prefer Lupita with K’Naan, I want her to date an African man so badly!
