His ninth studio album Rather You Than Me came out to rave reviews and he settled scores with old foes in the process — i.e. Birdman. Tuesday Officer Ricky posted a photo of himself and Lil Wayne having a conversation in what looks like a parking lot and simply captioned it “The Carter.”
