Ever since the actress/singer Janet Jackson began dating her now husband, Wissam al Mana, the pair have been trying to have a baby. But when Janet turned 47, the chances of her getting pregnant are now slim.
The couple are quietly searching other options and adoption seem to be have popped up, and they are apparently looking into adopting one from Syria or Jordan owing to the situations there.
A source said “she now pretty much knows pregnancy is not in the cards, so she’s been looking into adoption, she’s been very moved by the series of events in Syria and Jordan now she’s been living overseas. Not sure how soon it would happen, but there’s been movement on this”
Janet has apparently reached out to Queen Rania of Jordan to help her with the adopting process.
Another source said “Janet has always been concerned about the welfare of the world’s children and it’s important to her that she affords a baby the opportunities that has been afforded to her.”
