DJ Obi sets Guinness World Record for longest disc-jockeying set

At 1:28pm on Saturday, July 2, 2016, Nigeria’s DJ Obi set the new world record for Longest Marathon Club DJing previously set at 200 hours.

His new record stands at 229 hours and 58 minutes of straight DJing.

Dj Obi however revealed the last song he played as ‘One Dance‘ by Drake featuring Wizkid and Kyla which unfortunately got NO vote!

In his words, ‘after such a long journey and all the hard work. All i really need is ONE DANCE. Last song for the night then i get to GO HOME AND REST!’.
