Not quite long, the news went viral of Harrysong dumping Five Star music record label to float his own, Alter Plate. He cited irreconcilable differences between himself and the manager as the reason for his action.
It turned messy as he was arrested by Kcee and his brother, E-Money, alongside his manager, Desmond. In an interview, Harrysong claimed he saved Kcee’s career, According to his team, Harrysong succeeded in recreating Kcee’s sound, wrote and co-produced his first ‘meaningful’ single, ‘Had it been I know’, followed by ‘Okpekete’, ‘Limpopo’,’Pull Over’ and other songs that defined the Kcee everyone knows and celebrates today.
He later closed his label and returned to Five Star music after intervention of some people including Daddy Showkey.
It seems the ‘Baba for the girls’ crooner has officially returned to Five Star Music as he was spotted having a nice family time.
