The annual event which takes place at the Legendary African Shrine to celebrate the great Fela Anikulapo Kuti will also be celebrating another icon this year.

The event organisers just announced that Kymani Marley, Bob Marley’s son will be one of the artist to perform at this year’s event.
This year’s event is themed “Movement of the people” and will also get performance from star acts like the most famous 2face idibia, fuji icon Kwam1 and rapper MI.
A street carnival will be held on October 19 on the street of Ikeja where many choreographed dancers will be showcased while the highpoint of the celebration will take place on the 20th which will involve a performance between the young Marley and Fela’s First child Femi kuti.
