Davido’s Releases “Fia” Track Today to Gain Advantage Over Wizkid at the Upcoming AFRIMA Awards

In case you don’t know, All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) 2017, is about to get down in Lagos. The Award is scheduled to hold in Lagos on Sunday, November 12.

Both Davido and Wizkid are nominated in the “Best Male Act” category of the award.

In a statement released by the organisers’ spokesperson, Femi Morgan, the nominated artistes will rely on votes from their fans to decide who wins the 23.9 Carat plaited goldAFRIMA trophy.

As you all know, this award will play a huge part in the scoreboard of both acts in their supremacy battle.

So, it seems Davido has decided to play a fast one on Wizkid by dropping a song titled “FIA” today and even threw shade at Caroline Danjuma to gain sympathy from fans in anticipation of the award.
