Days after Brown scored a major victory in his recent court battle against his baby mama Nia Guzman, the singer has found himself in another lawsuit over a hat.

According to TMZ, the troubled R&B singer is being sued by a fan who accuses him of stealing his hat at one of his concerts last year.

In his lawsuit, the fan named Marq Stevenson claims that he was attending Breezy’s Dallas show when he gave his cap to one crew member to get it signed by the “Loyal” hitmaker.

But in the end, not only did he walk away without Brown’s autograph, but he also failed to get his hat back. Instead, he got bullied by the 27-year-old star’s crew.

Stevenson is now asking $25 from Brown for the stolen cap, $225 for the ticket to the show and $2,500 for the bullying.
