According to reports, Nas and Kelis have reportedly resolved their custody battle over their son, Knight Jones. The couple who got married in 2005 and got officially divorced in 2010 have been having the custody battle since then.
Nas has always said that Kelis was hostile towards him with regards his relationship with his son. The rapper had claimed that Kelis denied him regular visitations with his son till only when it was convenient for her.
According to report on the court documents they had gotten, the couple has agreed on a custody schedule. The schedule allows Nas get “four full weekends over January, February, and March.” with his son. The visits are to start after school on Fridays and end on Sunday night, or Monday night depending on whether it is a three-day weekend. The agreement also included that both parents must avoid popularizing their Knight on social media.
Nas had initially requested the court grant him custody of his son on the first, third, and fifth weekend of every month, apart from any Mother’s Day, which Knight would spend with his mother Kelis.
