Akwa-Ibom poly uses Hilda Baci’s Cook-a-Thon to set exam question

Akwa Ibom Polytechnic has used celebrity chef, Hilda Baci as a case study for an exam question.

Hilda Essien Bassey, also known as Hilda Baci, a sensational, worldwide recognized chef, has been highlighted in an exam question following her latest cooking record.
The chef rose to prominence after cooking for 100 hours, breaking the previous record set by an Indian chef, Lata Tondon.
On May 17, a lecturer at Akwa Ibom Polytechnic, Ikot, Osurua, decided to use her as an example to set questions for students.

The challenge had requested the Mass Communication students to use Hilda Baci’s Cook-a-Thon record to describe a psychological theory proposed by Albert Bandura, a Canadian Psychologist.

It read:

“Using the social media trending issue of Hilda Baci’s ‘Cook-a-thon, justify the social leaming theory of Albert Bandura.”
