Nigerian lady over the moon as she bags a PhD in Mathematics at 27

A Nigerian woman is over the moon in excitement as she graduates despite a D7 in her West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and a C6 in her NECO certificate in the same subject at the age of 27.

Grace Ogwo, who received a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa after 20 publications, also graduated with honors from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike (MOUAU). At the time, she was also the best graduating student in her department.

Taking to Facebook she wrote:

God you really over did yourself. Thank you Jesus”
