Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg surprised Nigerian’s when they learnt he was in the country on August 30, 2016.
But a specific surprise came to Nigerian Hip-hop artiste, Illbliss, whose music video was crashed by Zuckerberg.
The rapper was shooting a video for an undisclosed single, at the Afrinolly studios in Lagos, when he was interrupted by Zuckerberg, who was on a tour of the facility. The video shootwas paused, as Illbliss and Mark engaged in a 10 minute conversation about Nigerian music, and other matters.
Zuckerberg mentioned the moment in a post on Facebook: “Visited Nollywood, crashed a hip hop music video, and met some of Nigeria’s biggest stars,” he wrote. See the video below.

Illbliss is working on a new album which will be released this month. A tentative unofficial title of the project has filtered to the media as “Illygatti”. The video interrupted by Zuckerberg is off the album.
The rapper recently sparked fears of a retirement, when he let loose some cryptic message on Instagram. “Thank you all for being with me through this amazing musical journey…Goodbye…to the game…I’m gone…Next Chapter”, he wrote.
Illbliss is the owner of talent management outfit, The Goretti Company, which is responsible for launching the careers of Phyno and Chidinma.
