Lamar Odom is finally ready to let go of Khloe Kardashian but he has two requests.
One, he wants the judge to deny the court’s ability to award Khloe with spousal support and two, all attorney fees and costs be paid by his soon-to-be ex-wife.
According to E!, Lamar filed his response to Khloe’s second divorce request, Friday, (June, 9) in a Los Angeles Superior Court.
The couple cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for dissolving their marriage though Khloe Kardashian’s reason for divorcing him now stems from her desire to have her own child.
In May 2016, the reality TV star proceeded with the divorce a second time after putting it on hold to tend to her soon-to-be ex-husband’s health.
Khloe had earlier requested her attorney Laura Wasser withdraw the divorce petition that was awaiting a judge’s signature which was granted.
The 32 -year-old admitted in an interview with KIIS FM at the time, “I just thought it was really insensitive to [expetite the divorce]. I get it, I get why it’s confusing, I understand all of that. James Harden has been great. He’s been very supportive with everything.”
“There’s of course times where I’m sure he was really uncomfortable about some of the things, but I’m a very honest person and I have nothing to hide and I was very open with how I feel like I had to handle everything with Lamar,” she concluded.
Khloe’s wikipedia page still bears “Khloe Kardashian Odom”.
Lamar Odom will most likely get his requests as neither Khloe nor any of the Kardashians want a messy divorce.
