Blac Chyna’s s3x tape with Tyga has leaked and is being shopped around to adult video companies. Now, Chyna is trying to block its release.
It’s unknown when the s3x tape was made, but footage that has been sent to a number of media outlets appears to star Tyga and Chyna. While a s3x tape did wonders for her future sister-in-law, Kim Kardashian, Chyna doesn’t want the reportedly explicit video to be made public.
She plans to sue whomever posts or tries to sell her and Tyga’s s3x tape. Gossip Cop has reached out to Chyna’s attorney, Walter Mosley, about whether she has any idea about who or how the video leaked out.
Neither Chyna nor Tyga have publicly commented on the s3x tape’s existence. In California and many other states, there are laws covering a celebrity’s “right of publicity,” which allows them to commercially protect their image.
Under those laws, there are also provisions that cover the invasion of a star’s privacy, which the courts have typically held to protect stars from having their s3x lives made public.
So unless both Tyga and Chyna decide to release their s3x tape, there’s a good chance it will never be bought by an adult video company.
